Suzie Longstaff is a Managing Director at Dukes Education, the largest premium education group in the UK and one of the fastest-growing families of schools in Europe.

Dukes Education operates schools, colleges, and nurseries as well as education consultancies, immersive career experience providers, and one-to-one student support offerings, creating a cradle-to-career suite of services.

As Managing Director, Suzie oversees Dukes Education’s schools in central and south London, including Eaton House Schools, Broomwood, Eaton Square and the London Park Schools group.

Suzie’s 25 years’ of school experience, as both a teacher and school leader, spans single sex, co-educational, day, and boarding schools. Prior to joining Dukes Education as Principal of London Park Schools in [2023], Suzie was Headmistress of Putney High School, GDST, one of London’s top day schools, and named as one of the i25 innovators and influencers in education.

Before moving into education, Suzie had a successful rowing career, including coxing the British Olympic VIII at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and the Cambridge University ‘Goldie’ boat in the 1997 and 1998 Boat Races.
