Laura Bursey Faulkner is Deputy Head (Admissions & Marketing) at Rugby School. She joined Rugby in 2022 having been a senior housemistress and teacher of music at Benenden School.  She has had two decades of leadership experience at some of Britain’s leading independent boarding schools.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Music (Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London, as a Choral Scholar and was a professional singer before starting a career in music education and pastoral care.
