Joseph is an experienced educator, with 15 years experience in the independent school sector. Graduating with a BA in Physical Education and achieving qualified teacher status soon after, his career started with various roles within the Sports Department. His knowledge and application of sport in the context of personal development led him to take on the role of Collegiate Behaviour Management Lead and he introduced various initiatives within the Pastoral setting. In 2022 he became Head of King’s Magna Middle School at Queen Ethelburga’s, and he is also an active member of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS).
