Stephanie is currently the Headmistress at Devonshire House Preparatory School in North London and Group Director of Education for three schools which includes Devonshire House and is owned by the Proprietors. Prior to starting at Devonshire House, Stephanie was the Headmistress at Kings House School in Richmond for nine years and worked in one other Prep School as a Deputy Head. Stephanie started her career as a Senior School specialist French and German teacher to A level. Stephanie has been an ISI inspector for seven years and is trained in compliance and academic quality inspections. Stephanie has held Governorships at two independent schools. Membership of Associations: Stephanie is a member of IAPS and ISBA. Personal: Stephanie is married with three grown up children. For the past fifteen years, Stephanie has organised and run teacher training trips to a small region in Rwanda where she and other teachers have trained up to a hundred and fifty teachers on each trip.
