As an intern, you’ll become part of the life of the Lüderitz Blue School—helping run projects, supporting our staff, and even taking the lead in clubs or extracurricular activities. You might help deliver sports sessions, organise cultural events, mentor younger students, or contribute to our environmental and community programmes.

​Life here isn’t just about work. You’ll live in our historic boarding houses alongside an international community, explore Namibia’s breathtaking landscapes, and experience life in a place where desert meets ocean.
