Experience Boarding at the Independent Schools Show

For many London parents, a rural education is an inspiring dream - and boarding schools often make that dream possible.
But choosing to send your child to boarding school is a significant decision, and it naturally raises many questions for families.
At this year’s Independent Schools Show, the Experience Boarding trail offers children a chance to explore the excitement of boarding first-hand. They’ll hear directly from current students and recent boarders about life away from home.
Meanwhile, parents can meet with representatives from the UK's top boarding schools and get answers to all their questions.
Experience Boarding is a trail of discovery for your child, lead by recent boarders.
During a fun-packed hour of rock climbing, caving, football and marshmallow toasting, children will get all their boarding questions answered.
Each session lasts one hour and will take place at:
- 16:30 & 17:45 on Friday
- 11:00, 12:30, 14:00, 15:30 on Saturday.
Places for each time slot are very limited so please book in advance - selecting the 'Experience Boarding' ticket.
