Paul WoodPrincipal of Southbank International School, Paul earned Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in chemistry from the University of Manchester before working as a research scientist at Harvard Medical School, Canada's National Research Council, and Tokyo Institute of Technology.

After a career change into teaching, Paul taught in Japan, Canada, Tanzania and China. He was previously high school principal at the American International School of Guangzhou and then at International School of Beijing. Prior to joining Southbank-Westminster, Paul was Executive Principal of YK Pao School, a private boarding school for 700+ students in Shanghai.
