Trish Watt is Head at Eaton Square Prep School, a co-educational, independent London day school renowned for its academic and extra-curricular strengths. With strong teaching and leadership experience across Early Years, KS1 and KS2, Trish is passionate about fostering a culture of kindness and good manners, in an environment where pupils can fulfil their individual potential. Trish began teaching at Eaton Square Kensington in 2007, before moving into the Deputy Head role and then Head from October 2018. She read English Literature at Brunel University and has a PGCE and NPQH from the Institute of Education. Most recently, she has been championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across the school, leading to acclaimed community initiatives and ISA Awards success. Trish has two delightful children, enjoys travelling, hot yoga and spending time with her family.
