Tori Roddy
Tori started her career in independent schools 20 years ago at Westminster School in London, moving to Stowe in 2012 to head up the Marketing and Admissions Department. During her time at Stowe, she has worked on a number of projects, from the introduction of Day Houses and Weekly Boarding to the merger with Swanbourne House and Winchester House Schools in 2020 when The Stowe Group was formed. She is now Group Director of Marketing & Admissions, looking after all three schools.
In addition to her role in Marketing and Admissions, Tori is Head of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Stowe, a Sixth Form Tutor and supports the work of one of the School’s charity partners, the Talita Kum project in Romania.
Tori has been Chair of Buckinghamshire Mind and a Governor at Caldicott Prep School where she was Chair of the Marketing, Admissions and Development Committee.
Before working in schools, Tori worked at the University of Oxford as a fundraiser where she studied Archaeology and Anthropology as an undergraduate. She also has a degree in Business from University of Surrey, and a Masters in Forensic Archaeology and Anthropology from the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom (Cranfield University).
