Tom Rogerson has been working in the independent school sector for 31 years and is in his 14th year of Headship at Cottesmore School, an award-winning academic boarding prep school for girls and boys on the border of Surrey and Sussex.
Educated at Eton and Cambridge, he has since taken only one year out of teaching in order to work for Vivendi-owned conglomerate Universal Music International in the A&R department looking after American artists such as Eminem, Nelly Furtado and Erica Badu.
Tom’s vision for Cottesmore is to combine Cottesmore's 127-year story of academic and sporting excellence with a fresh and dynamic vision to ensure that Cottesmore continues to deliver a future-driven world-class education to prep-school-aged girls and boys.
