Since 2009 when William oversaw the recruitment and training of London's most sought-after tutors, he has since become co-director and joint business partner within the Bonas MacFarlane company. The Bonas MacFarlane methodology has developed over the years to give families top-level strategic advice whilst enjoying close communication with the top schools across the country to provide families with a leading bespoke service.

In his role as an Educational Consultant William has advised countless families from around the globe on gaining places at leading Independent Schools in the UK for over a decade. He has been featured in publications including The Times, The Economist and Tater and has appeared on BBC Radio 4's Today programme. His expertise have been called upon by many companies including UBS, Coutts and Sothebys.
