Pavel Novichkov joined Bruton Lloyd in 2015. He holds a BA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and previously taught EFL at a top academically selective school abroad.

Pavel now oversees Bruton Lloyd’s academic team and acts as a key point of contact for both families and schools. With deep insight into how students’ aspirations align with institutional expectations, he has supported families from diverse educational backgrounds in finding the right educational path.
