Magoo Giles - Knightsbridge School

Magoo Giles

Founder & Principal, Knightsbridge School
United Kingdom
Magoo Giles founded Knightsbridge School in 2006, drawing on a rich and varied career spanning the military and education. After more than a decade of service in the British Army, including roles as Platoon Commander in Belize, Adjutant in Bosnia, and Coldstream Equerry to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Magoo was inspired to create a school built on a foundation of strong values and a holistic approach to education.

His vision for Knightsbridge School is rooted in the KS Code, a set of principles he developed in honour of his parents and the lessons learned from his time in the army. This unique code underpins the entire school ethos, guiding every pupil and member of staff. By following these principles, the school nurtures a vibrant environment that helps shape well-rounded, happy, and confident children who are motivated to learn, grow, and succeed.

Magoo's commitment to developing character and fostering a warm, supportive community is at the heart of Knightsbridge School, ensuring that every child is prepared not just for academic success, but for a purposeful life beyond the classroom.
