Lydia Kyle is an experienced educational leader with over 16 years of teaching across both standalone preparatory and all-through schools. She began her career in a standalone prep school before moving into all-through settings, where she has developed a clear and informed vision of what a cohesive, all-through education can offer pupils. Her experience spans a range of contexts, including a short period in the state sector, giving her a broad and balanced perspective on education in the UK.
