Luke studied English at Exeter University, then a Masters in Shakespeare under Kiernan Ryan at Royal Holloway.
He became Deputy Head at Christ's Hospital in 2019 following a Senior Management Team role at Ardingly College. His own schooling was in Hong Kong and he has worked at Marlborough College, both in the UK and Malaysia, and Reading Blue Coat School.
His interests include time on his 'ergo', refereeing sport and making the most of the Sussex countryside with his family.
