Liz Hewer
High Mistress

St Paul's Girls' School
Liz Hewer joined St Paul’s Girls’ School as High Mistress in September 2025, having previously served as Head of St George’s, Ascot, a senior girls’ boarding and day school in Berkshire, since September 2016. She has held teaching and senior leadership roles at several highly successful schools, including Bedford School, Marlborough College and RGS Guildford. Prior to her appointment at St George’s, Ascot, she spent seven years as one of the Deputy Heads at St Mary’s School, Ascot. Mrs Hewer is also Chair of the Boarding Committee at the Girls’ Schools Association and is an experienced school governor and ISI Inspector.
