Leo Ackerman is Director of Operations and a founding leader of Eastwood Montreux, a new Swiss day and boarding school launching in 2026 on the shores of Lake Geneva. With experience teaching and leading in international boarding schools in Switzerland and the UK, including a start-up boarding school in Verbier, Leo is focused on designing modern residential communities that balance academic rigour with character, mentorship, and real-world learning. A published author, he writes and speaks on how education must evolve to prepare young people for a rapidly changing world.
