Lauren-Lucy Grafton has been based in the UAE since 2016 and is an experienced educator and consultant across Primary, Secondary and Preparatory education. Formerly Head of Mathematics at Repton School Dubai, she led curriculum development and improved academic outcomes.

For the past five years, Lauren has run a successful UK–UAE education consultancy, placing over 100 pupils into leading schools including Westminster, St Paul’s, Harrow, Eton, Marlborough, Dubai College and Wellington.

A UK Ofsted and KHDA ‘Outstanding’ practitioner, she is known for high standards, curriculum innovation and strategic school placement expertise, and is a regular speaker at UK and Middle East education conferences.
