Having gained a major scholarship of the German government, I finished my education with a MPhil (Cambridge) and a PhD in biochemistry. Coming from research and teaching at medical school, I volunteered working with highly gifted children in my free time. From there I got into educational consultation before I started our agency "BetterSchool!" in 2006.

After 20 years with a fantastic team of 9 and personally having visited about 300 different boarding schools worldwide, and not just once, we have placed more than 3000 students in British, US and Canadian boarding schools, always taking the child into the center of our attention.
