Awarded Tatler’s Best Head of a Prep 2025 Joanna Hubbard leads Shrewsbury House School Trust, encompassing Shrewsbury House School and The Rowans School. With over 30 years’ experience in independent education in the UK and internationally, she has held senior leadership roles across top schools, inspiring a culture of curiosity, passion and independence. Joanna champions innovation, exceptional teaching and outstanding pastoral care, with pupil wellbeing recognised as a significant strength. She holds BA(Hons), MA, PGCE, QTS, PGDipSEN, MInstLM, is an Executive Coach, FRSA and an ISI inspector, combining expertise, vision and warmth to ensure every pupil thrives academically, socially and creatively.
