Having graduated from Oxford with a Classics degree, Fran worked in Westminster politics before
completing her PGCE and joining the College in 2014, teaching Classics and Government and Politics. She
subsequently enjoyed the roles of PGCE Co-ordinator, Head of Classics (paternity cover) and Head of
Year in the Upper School. As Head of Lower School and a member of the Senior Management Team,
Fran has academic and pastoral oversight for all boys in Year 7 and 8 and oversees Admissions at 11+.
