Eve Jardine-Young has worked in the education sector for 30 years.

Born in Malawi and with a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Cambridge, she worked in architecture and engineering before moving into teaching. After senior roles at Radley, Epsom and Blundell’s, she returned in 2011 to take up the role of Principal at her former school, Cheltenham Ladies’ College, subsequently becoming Executive Principal in 2025.

She has spoken at conferences worldwide, addressing leadership, wellbeing, STEM, resilience, careers of the future and the fourth industrial revolution, and future-focused education. She served five years as Chair of the World Leading Schools Association and has held key advisory and committee roles across the UK.. She is a Governor at the Ladies’ College, Guernsey and has served seven years as a Deputy Lord Lieutenant for Gloucestershire.

She has an international outlook and a deep-rooted commitment to regenerative economics, environmental initiatives, social enterprise, microfinance and sustainable development.
