Dale has been a staff member at Wymondham College, the largest of the State Boarding Schools, for nineteen years, and having fallen in love with boarding is currently Vice Principal: Director of Boarding and Behaviour. Wymondham College was voted Pearsons National Secondary School of the Year for Making a Difference in 2022. Dale sits on the Executive Committee of the newly formed BSA group, The Institute of Boarding, championing the State Boarding Sector.
