He has previously served as Assistant Head (Director of Studies) at Alleyn's, leading on scholarship, academic data and operations. Prior teaching experience involves eleven years as Head of Mathematics at Wellington College in Berkshire, where he led pioneering Harkness teaching to develop students' independent learning habits, and five years as a teacher at Westminster School. Outside of the classroom, he has written maths textbooks for OUP and delivered training to maths teachers across the state and independent sectors.

As Deputy Head (Innovation, Strategy and Delivery), Aidan leads on liaison with schools in the newly-formed Alleyn's Schools Group, ensuring quality provision across the growing family and supporting schools as they embrace our shared vision Aidan continues to lead on many large-scale events such as TEDxAlleyns School Youth. In September, he will take up his position as Head of Alleyn’s Hampstead.
