Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Adam was Headmaster of Broomfield House School in Kew, where the school was recognised among the Spear’s Top 100 Schools in the World and received an Area of Significant Strength for the Quality of Education from the Independent Schools Inspectorate.

Adam is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and a scholar at Warwick Business School, where his research focuses on value creation across the independent school sector. His academic and professional interests centre on how schools can combine intellectual rigour with innovation, entrepreneurship and human flourishing, and how education should respond to rapid technological and societal change. He is particularly interested in research-informed approaches to AI, creativity, character, leadership and the skills young people will need to thrive in an increasingly uncertain world.
