After starting a family Catherine moved to Hampshire in 2015 where she lives with her husband and two boys, she is well known to selling agents and local residents, which enables her to create off-market opportunities for many of her clients.

Having worked on both sides of selling and buying she is best-placed to advise clients on all aspects of the residential market.

Lindsay CuthillHead of Savills' Country Department, Lindsay joined the company in 1996 as part of an acquisition of George Stead Ltd based in SW London. He was Head of the Fulham Office until 2003 when he took on the role as Head of Region for SW London. During this time he oversaw the expansion of the region from five offices to nine and handled some of the most prestigious high value sales in the area from Fulham to Wimbledon, Richmond, Barnes, Putney and Chiswick as well as Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth.

This vibrant market place assisted Lindsay in shaping the Savills SW London business into what is now widely regarded as the market leader. In the Autumn of 2013 Lindsay was asked to take up the appointment as Head of the Country Department for Savills. Having learnt his craft in London he now ensures the high levels of personal service and rigorous client care experienced and expected by his clients in London to Savills Prime Country house business.

Lindsay is a member of Savills National Residential Executive Board.

He splits his home life unevenly between London and South Gloucestershire.

Henry HeatonHenry Heaton leads Bonas MacFarlane's  property advisory team, which provides an all-encompassing, tailored service to help clients find, purchase, rent, and invest in properties that best fit their objectives.

Henry's property experience and knowledge is wide-ranging. Over the last 15 years, he has worked for private developers, investors and agents seeing the market from different vantage points covering acquisitions, sales and residential development.

Henry is well-versed in the British boarding school system having attended Ludgrove and St Edwards, Oxford. After finishing school, Henry went on to study at Exeter University. He is now a parent himself to two young daughters.
