Based in New York, London and Hong Kong, the company is the brainchild of co-founders Jenna Ahn, Giuseppe Iademarco and Ariel Lau who set out to bring their own life experience to create the guidance and support that they would like to have received as young students. Their portfolio ranges from entry level essay writing and tutoring products to fully customised 121 programmes designed around the needs of the student, but the reason that the brand stands out in the sector is that every service is delivered by their empathetic team of mentors and underpinned by a smart app, which work together to keep students on track with their goals.
Inclusivity is also key to the company’s ethos – they provide informative free content and offer pro bono support each year to several students without the necessary means to pay for services.
