There is a strong tradition of teaching languages at Hanford and the whole school celebrated Languages Day on 26 September last week with gusto!    Mrs Atkinson organised a wonderful tea where the girls enjoyed treats from around the world, prepared by our wonderful chefs and served by the UVIth girls wearing berets.

Our Spanish pupils entertained us all with a wonderful flamenco dance and many pupils and staff made a special film, highlighting the importance and benefits of learning new languages and the many different languages spoken by the girls and staff at Hanford.
